My family and I had an amazing stay. We loved the location. And the view!! Getting to look out at the nature preserve from the balconies, feeling private yet one block away from restaurants and shops. We saw a herd of elk, so many birds and a coyote in the preserve! Only 10 min drive to the Canyons and then we got to retreat to our charming house. Craig thought of everything we needed for peaceful nights in cooking a meal and enjoying the hottub after being on the mountain all day. The towels, bedding and beds were very comfortable. My daughter LOVED the bunk beds. Tried out a different one each night.
We can’t wait to return!

We felt right at home here and settled in easily. Craig made sure we had everything we needed. Fab location with a nature trail, restaurants, shopping and more within walking distance. And, the beds were super comfy!

We booked Craig's place for a last minute ski trip to Park City. Craig was able to accommodate our last minute booking, and also kind enough to let us check in earlier than the normal 4pm (Thank you!).
Throughout our stay, Craig, and the property manager, John, ensured we had everything we needed.
The property is just as advertised, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a triple bunk in the loft/hallway area between the bedrooms; and also has it's own private hot tub on the deck, which was a huge bonus after full days of skiing.
The immediate area, while a little further from Park City proper, is filled with stuff to do and easy to navigate.
We actually enjoyed the area more than our stays in Park City, as there are lots restaurants and grocery, within a 5 minute walk, but you were away from the business and noise of Park City.
It was an easy 15 minute free shuttle ride to Park City, and 5 minutes to the Canyons area.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Craig's place was very nice to stay in. There was restaurants and coffee shops all in walkable distance. There was also a close walking trail right behind the house which was fun and convenient to get a morning walk in. Highly recommend staying here when going to park city Utah!

As an orthopedic surgeon with a keen eye for detail, I can confidently say that this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The place was impeccably clean, the location was excellent, and the host’s responsiveness was exceptional. He went above and beyond, even showing up in person and providing multiple communication options to ensure a seamless stay. His dedication to hospitality was truly impressive. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. A top-tier experience from start to finish!

An absolutely beautiful place within minutes of everything. Lots to do around and private enough to relax. The fire place and hot tub were absolutely amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

location off season was just great
walkable to great resturants and coffer shops ,main highway was close by the location on the natures preserve was just spectacular ,the place was peaceful at our time of visit with a great hot tub to enjoy after a day of hiking.

We enjoyed our stay at this 2-bedroom condo. Very clean and comfortable with great views. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. There is a small loft area with bunk beds .Great location on the Swaner Preserve for walking, running etc. , right out the back door. Walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Excellence Public bus service nearby.
Easy 10-15 minutes drive to ski areas or downtown Park City. Hosts were easy to reach if needed. We would return to Craig’s condo.

Very comfortable place, near to coffee, restaurants. 10 minute drive to Canyons. Very responsive to issues that came up. For those who are light/ noise sensitive, bring eye mask ear plugs for master bedroom

Craig and his place were fantastic. He even bought a high chair and pack and play for us to use during our stay. He was very communicative and responsive. The location was fantastic - walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and retail, but away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street.
